Hopewood Methadone Clinic in Toronto West, ON

The Toronto West Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic serves the York and Toronto West areas. It is open five days per week and is located inside the Smart Pharmacy just 800 m from the intersection of St Clair Ave W and Jane Street.

There is free parking beside the pharmacy and metered on street parking in front of the building. It is also conveniently located on the TTC Bus route #35 Jane with a stop just near the clinic. The clinic is co-located with the Weston Smart Pharmacy for patient convenience.

Treatment options offered include Methadone, Suboxone, and Kadian. New patients or patients wishing to transfer to Hopewood are always welcome by appointment or simply walk in during Clinic hours.
