Hopewood Methadone Clinic in Old Toronto, ON

The Old Toronto Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic serves the Toronto West area. It is open five days per week and is located inside the Weston Jane Pharmacy just a short 400 m from the intersection of Weston Road and Jane Street.

There is metered parking on street in front of the building. It is also conveniently located on the TTC Bus route #89 Weston with a stop just near the clinic. The clinic is co-located with the Weston Jane Pharmacy for patient convenience.

Treatment options offered include Methadone, Suboxone, and Kadian. New patients or patients wishing to transfer to Hopewood are always welcome by appointment or simply walk in during Clinic hours.
